Save Yourself:

  • Time

It took me years to learn certain things that someone could have just told me from the beginning. Not to mention having a nasty relapse that almost cost me my life because I didn't understand certain things about recovery. You don't have to experience some of the things I did.

  • Heartache

There are so many normal parts of the early recovery process that I spent years beating myself up over and I didn't have to. I felt so ashamed over certain things that I found out later was really normal. You don't have to experience the same level of shame I did.

  • Frustration

I really didn't know how to deal with people in the beginning (sometimes I still don't) but I didn't know how to have healthy relationships, what to look for, and I believed I had to be friends with everyone. This was all false and created a lot of damage in the beginning. But you don't have to go through the same some of those same things.

For the families who are looking for how to support your loved one

Maybe you landed on this page and you are not the one with the substance abuse issue, but a supportive family member desperately trying to get them help

Maybe your loved one isn't quite ready, but they will be and hopefully soon. What's great about this is you can go through program yourself so you will begin to understand some of their challenges they will be experiencing. You will be more prepared to support them in their early recovery when they get ready. You will be able to have some much needed conversations and know what to expect and how they will act in early recovery. It's important to know what red flags are and what are just normal behaviors for someone in early recovery.

WHEN THEY ARE READY, YOU WILL BE TOO

As a Family Member Going Through this Program, You Will:

  • Save yourself a lot of money down the line

You will learn what the responsibilities are of the person with the substance abuse. Families often take too much responsibility for their problems. After this program, you won't feel obligated to fix their problems anymore.

  • Let go of your guilt and shame

The program will point out that the person with the substance abuse is responsible for their life. You didn't cause this, and they know that, even when they blame you for all their problems. Consciously you know you didn't cause this and you have nothing to feel guilty about but subconsciously. There may be guilt and shame for having a loved one that acts the way they do. You can learn through this program to let that go.

  • Gain a much better understanding of your loved one

They have been acting so out of character and not living up to their potential for so long it's hard to even understand what is going on. This program will give you an inside look into their minds. It's not condoning poor behaviors, but it will provide a better understanding because then you will start understanding how to approach them in a different way.

About The Creator

About Jennifer Maneely

The Creator of the Early Recovery Program

I had a severe addiction to heroin and cocaine. When I walked into rehab, I wasn't sure if I wanted to be there, I was questioning whether I wanted to live or die. My brain was so gone I couldn't form complete sentences. I was 107 lbs, and broken. I got through those early stages, and I know what works. I've helped hundreds of others get through the early recovery stage. Some of them did well, some of them didn't. The ones that did well, did the things that work. This program is designed to help you know what will work, what won't work, and where you have freedom to do things your way and where you don't. This program is the thing you need in the early recovery stage.

Pricing

Programs like this will go anywhere from $1500 to $2400. Programs are expensive in the substance abuse field, but I wanted to make this available and affordable for everyone.

FAQ

  • I am a parent, is this really going to help my son/daughter

Yes, absolutely...if they are ready to enter into recovery, it will help them understand what they are going through. Here's what's great, it will also help you understand what they are dealing with as well.

  • Do you help with the recovery process more than just this online program?

Yes, beyond this program, I offer a three month virtual one on one with me to help navigate through the early recovery process. Sometimes people simply don't know how to get started. It's uncomfortable and sometimes it's easier with a guide who is familiar with the process. Email me at [email protected] for more information.

  • I still would like more information, can we talk first?

Yes. Sometimes we just need to get on the phone with someone. You can either email me [email protected] or schedule a call by going to schedulewithjen.com
